Moving form one workshop per quarter to one per month the Dane County Foreclosure Task-Force will offer free workshops every second Thursday of the month. The next one will be held Thursday February 10th from 6 to 8 P.M.. Space will be limited so reservations are appreciated but are not required.

The workshops are free and free parking will be offered at MATC off Wright Street. They are held in room 142 A at the MATC Truax Campus.

The workshops are targeted at those not facing imminent foreclosure. Those who are very concerned about the possibility and need fair straight forward information about their options are encouraged to attend.

Those who are in attendance will learn about the loan modification process, as well as, other foreclosure prevention possibilities. Attendees will also learn what to expect from their lenders. Information on how the legal process works will also be presented.
